Who is eligible for Ocean Rewards?

Do I need to opt in?
Most players are automatically enrolled. In some regions, manual opt-in may be required via the Natural8 client.
How is Ocean Rewards different from Fish Buffet?
Ocean Rewards focuses on long-term status and higher rewards. Players can earn up to 80%, compared to 60% under Fish Buffet, and keep their tier longer instead of resetting frequently.
What happens to my Fish Buffet rewards?
Any pending Fish Buffet rewards will be automatically paid out to your Natural8 balance.
How are Fish Buffet ranks upgraded to Ocean Reward tiers?
Your Ocean Rewards tier is based on whichever is higher:
Your Fish Buffet rank on 30th January 2026, or
Your rank from Fish Points earned between 1st January 2025 – 30th January 2026
Do I have less time to rank up in 2026?
To offset the shorter period, Fish Points earned from 1st December 2025 – 30th January 2026 will be converted into Tide Points (TP) after the upgrade.
Terms & Conditions
- Players must be aged 18 and above to participate in this promotion.
- All currencies are quoted in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
- The default starting tier is Fish. There are seven higher tiers to climb: Shrimp, Crab, Turtle, Octopus, Dolphin, Whale and Shark.
- Tide Points (TP) reset to zero at 08:00 a.m. (HKT) on January 1st of each year. If you do not meet the required TP threshold to maintain your current tier within the year, you will be demoted at the beginning of the following year.
- If you participate in a guaranteed prize pool tournament that does not cover the guarantee via buy-ins and thus features an overlay, the Tide Points generated for you will be less than otherwise and reduced in correlation to the overlay amount.
- The event guarantees are subject to change, and the amounts listed on this website may not be current. For the latest information, check the tournament lobby of the Natural8 app.
- Natural8 reserves the right to investigate any players suspected of fraudulent activity, and take any necessary action.
