Terms & Conditions of Promotions

1.1: Every natural person who is older than 18 at the time of participation will be eligible for the bonuses and promotions offered at Natural8.

1.2: Natural8 is entitled to ask for proof of identity from the participant.

1.3: The participant must have an existing account at Natural8 and may request that the account be verified. Participants who use an incomplete or fictitious e-mail address may be excluded from participation by Natural8.

1.4: In the event of misuse, fraud, manipulation, circumvention or a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Promotions, Natural8 is entitled to exclude the participant or groups of participants. Natural8 is entitled to do this on the basis of a suspicion and is not bound to inform the participant or to provide proof.

1.5: Each eligible participant will only be entitled to ONE (1) entry per Promotion, per 1 customer, per 1 member account, per 1 family, per 1 IP address, per 1 e-mail address, per 1 payment account, and any attempts at abusing this promotion will not be tolerated. In the event of multi-accounting, bonus hunting or foul play, Natural8 reserves the right to forfeit any benefit that has been paid, along with the remaining cash balance of guilty parties without prior notice.

1.6: Natural8 reserves the right to give out or deny this bonus at its sole and absolute discretion.

1.7: Natural8 reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time without prior notice, and at its sole and absolute discretion.

1.8: All Promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Natural8 website.

1.9: By participating in the promotion, the participant states to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Promotions.

1.10: The participant states and guarantees that the entry material that is submitted to Natural8 in the framework of a Promotion is not unlawful and not in breach of the law. In particular, the participant states and guarantees explicitly that the entry material does not breach intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties and is not injurious, insulting, racist, offensive, libellous, discriminating or otherwise in breach of good taste or decency and is not and cannot be misleading or unlawful in any way. If Natural8 believes this to be suitable or necessary in its own free opinion due to one of the aforementioned reasons or any other valid reason, Natural8 may refuse or remove the entry material without consultation with or consent from the Participant.

1.11: Participation by means of certain scripts, systems, automated functions, or other methods that increase the chances of winning is prohibited.

1.12: If a participant participated in the promotion in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Promotions, Natural8 reserves the right to designate a new winner for the relevant benefit and/or exclude the participant from this promotion or any subsequent promotions. Natural8 is not obliged to note that the Benefit has become null and void.

1.13: The participant can only participate in the promotion during the promotion period and only in the manner described in the Special Terms and Conditions of Promotions.

1.14: The benefit is strictly personal, non-exchangeable for goods and/or services and not transferable without prior consent from Natural8.

1.15: Natural8 is not in any way liable for costs and additional expenses a Participant would have to incur in connection with the payment or use of the benefit.

1.16: Except for gross negligence or intent, Natural8, its employees, assistants or third parties it engaged are not liable for damage caused by the payment or use of the Benefit or the participant's participation in the promotion.

1.17: Except for gross negligence or intent, Natural8, its employees, assistants or third parties it engaged are not liable for damage caused by faults of whichever nature in the software, computer, network, the internet that caused the entry of the participant to be received late, poorly, delayed or not at all by Natural8.

1.18: Natural8 does not provide any guarantee in relation to the paid benefit and excludes every liability, except for gross negligence or intent, in that regard. Natural8 is not liable (i) for any defects to the Benefit; (ii) if the Benefit is received later than announced; (iii) if the Benefit is received by the wrong person; (iv) if the Benefit was lost or damaged during its delivery; or (v) if the Benefit or replacement Benefit deviates from the offered benefit on subordinate points.

1.19: Natural8 is not responsible or liable in the event of fraud by participants.

1.20: The participant is exclusively liable for the content of the entry material that is made available in the framework of the promotion. Natural8 cannot be liable for this in any event. The participant shall indemnify Natural8 against any claim by a third party in connection with the content of the entry material submitted by the participant.

1.21: The personal details that are provided by the participant to Natural8 in the framework of this promotion are subject to the Privacy Policy.

Special Terms and Conditions of Promotions

First Deposit Bonus

• This promotion is valid from 1st September 2020.

• This promotion is only applicable for participants depositing funds with Natural8 for the first time. In order for participants to receive a deposit bonus, the participant must download the Natural8 app, register an account, deposit funds, and play for real money at Natural8. Participants may need to complete account verification process before the bonus is activated.

• Participants making an eligible first deposit must choose between the Match Bonus or the Free Bonus; no code is needed. Participants must select their preferred bonus on the Deposit page from the 'Choose your bonus' dropdown when making the eligible deposit.

• To be eligible for the Match Bonus, players must deposit a minimum of $10 and up to a maximum of $500. To be eligible for the Free Bonus, players must deposit a minimum of $20.

• The Match Bonus is valid for 60 days from participants first deposit. Participants can deposit in increments within this time frame to reach the maximum total bonus of $1,000.

• The Match Bonus benefits will be disbursed to participants in $1 increments for every $5 raked. Rake calculations for the release of this bonus will be based on participants’ profiles. Factors that may impact the speed of release of the bonus are but not limited to playing behaviour, game type, gameplay style, and net deposits. Natural8 reserves the right to determine this at its sole and absolute discretion.

• The First deposit bonus promotion does not expire. Participants have unlimited time to unlock their bonus cash benefit. Do take note that within the system, the First deposit bonus promotion has a validity of 90 days from the time of award to unlock the bonus cash. Once expired, participants will need to contact our 24/7 live support to reactivate the bonus.

• All raked games contribute to the Match Bonus. Casino games, as well as Spin & Gold Insurance, EV Cashout, and other side betting features do not contribute to the release of the Match Bonus.

• The Free Bonus will be disbursed to participants in the form of All-in or Fold Sit & Go tickets over six consecutive days following an eligible first deposit.

• Days in this promotion are based on the UTC time zone. A day starts at 00:00 and ends at 23:59 (UTC+0).

• Free tickets for the Free Bonus will be released daily at 07:00 (UTC+0).

• All free tickets awarded as part of this promotion will expire 24 hours from the date the tickets were issued.

• $52.50 in tickets will be awarded automatically with no play requirements. Up to C$47.50 in additional rewards will be awarded if the player meets the AoF daily hands targets during the first six days following the eligible deposit. The withdrawals are allowed while this bonus is active; however, any withdrawals made will automatically forfeit players from all future casino bonuses payable under this promotion.

• The benefit of $8 bonus money is awarded only to verified accounts.

• Participants must contact Natural8’s customer support to request for the benefit within the framework of this promotion.

• The bonus is issued as either C$ or T$ and participants must select from these options.

• The benefit within the framework of this promotion cannot be withdrawn.

First Deposit Freerolls

• Only participants depositing funds for the first time are eligible for this promotion.

• Players are required to deposit a minimum of $10 in order to get 4 First Deposit Freeroll tickets.

• Players will automatically receive their tickets in their account within 36 hours upon deposit.

• The First Deposit Freerolls will be held every Sunday at 08:00 (UTC+0).

• The tickets are valid for one month only.

• Each eligible player will only be entitled to 4 (FOUR) First Deposit Freerolls, per 1 customer, per 1 member account, per 1 family, per 1 IP address, per 1 e-mail address, per 1 payment account, and any attempts at abusing this promotion will not be tolerated.

Honeymoon For Newcomers

• The Newcomers Honeymoon Challenge promotion is an opt-in promotion.

• To participate in the Newcomers Honeymoon Challenge, players must register by clicking on the "Start Honeymoon" icon in the Natural8 app.

• Participants must register within 30 days of their first login (a day ends on 23:59 UTC-7), or the promotion will expire.

• General rules in regards to completing missions within the framework of this promotion, unless specified otherwise are:

  • Missions can only be completed with the main pot.

  • Missions can only be completed by running the board once.

  • Missions regarding tournaments can only be completed if the poker tournament ends before mission resets. For example, if your mission requires you to play a Bounty Hunters tournament, this mission will only be considered as complete when the tournament ends.

  • Missions for Hold'em can only be completed by playing classic Hold'em cash games - any other variations of Hold'em such as Tournaments, Spin & Gold, Flip & Go, Rush & Cash, All-in or Fold, Omaha and Short Deck do not qualify. The same applies for Omaha missions, whereby other game formats do not apply.

  • At least one hole card must be used for Texas Hold'em and AoF Hold'em missions.

  • Missions cannot be completed by playing in satellite events.

  • Missions cannot be completed by playing in private tournaments of any kind.

  • Missions follow the UTC time zone. A day starts at 00:00 (UTC+0) and ends at 23:59 (UTC+0).

• The benefits within the framework of this promotion are instantly credited to participants' accounts once a mission is completed.

• Tickets received within the framework of this promotion are valid for one week from date of issue.

• In the event of both foreseeable and unforeseeable circumstances, Natural8 reserves the right to postpone the mission, extend the time allowed to complete a mission, grant free completion of the mission, or however else they see fit.

Fish Buffet

• Fish Buffet is a permanent promotion.

• Participants are automatically enrolled in the Fish Buffet Loyalty Program promotion upon completing Natural8 account registration.

• Participants must earn the required amount of Fish Points (FP) within a given time limit to unlock each level.

• Any remaining Fish Points after unlocking a level will be credited towards the next level.

• The default starting level is Plankton, with seven higher levels to achieve: Goldfish, Shrimp, Crab, Octopus, Whale, Platinum Shark and GGPlatinum.

• If a participant does not meet the Fish Point requirement within the time limit, they will be demoted to the previous level. Any Fish Points acquired will expire, and participants will receive 10% cashback of the expired Fish Points amount.

• Platinum Ranks are flat cashback levels: participants receive weekly rewards at a fixed rate for a year. Participants must click on the 'Collect' button within the Platinum tab for their rewards to be credited to their account. Uncollected rewards will accumulate each week.

• Participants who want to switch from Platinum Rank to a Fish Buffet level can do so, but will not be able to switch back to Platinum Rank for a certain period of time.

• The accumulation of Fish Points can be affected by your profile. Factors that may impact the results include, but are not limited to, playing behaviour, game type, gameplay style and net deposits.

• In tournaments with overlay, less Fish Points will be generated in correlation with the overlay amount.

#ThanksGG Flipout Tournaments

• The flipout tournament will begin every day at 08:45 (UTC 0).

• Participants who meet the “unlucky” or “lucky” criteria will be automatically registered into the next day’s flipout tournament, and will be notified at their table.

• Participants who have already been registered to the flipout tournament will accumulate chips for that tournament for every subsequent “unlucky” or “lucky” hand.

• Specific details and trigger points for what constitutes an “unlucky” or “lucky” hand will vary from game to game and may often change.

Hold'em $30,000 Daily Leaderboard

• Leaderboards run daily from 08:00 - 07:59 (UTC 0).

• Points can only be earned at Hold'em cash game tables. VIP tables are not included.

• Points are accumulated separately and independently for each stake level.

• There will be no ties in the leaderboards. The deciding factor for the first tie-breaking will be time - who achieves the points first. The second tie-breaker will be by who registered for the leaderboard first.

• The benefits within the framework of this promotion will be awarded within 26 hours from the completion of the leaderboard.

PLO/PLO5 $30,000 Daily Leaderboard

• Leaderboards run daily from 08:00 - 07:59 (UTC 0).

• Points can only be earned at Omaha (PLO & PLO-5) cash game tables. VIP tables are not included.

• Points are accumulated separately and independently for each stake level.

• There will be no ties in the leaderboards. The deciding factor for the first tie-breaking will be time - who achieves the points first. The second tie-breaker will be by who registered for the leaderboard first.

• Benefits within the framework of this promotion will be awarded within 26 hours from the completion of the leaderboard.

Short Deck $10,000 Daily Leaderboard

Rush & Cash $50,000 Daily Leaderboard

• Leaderboards run daily from 08:00 - 07:59 (UTC 0).

• Points can only be earned at Rush & Cash tables.

• Points are generated based on points obtained through button clicks.

• Points are accumulated separately and independently for each stake level.

• Pot must be raked for participants to receive points.

• Points are capped at 20 points per hand during regular hours, and 40 points per hand during Happy Hour.

• There will be no ties in the leaderboards. The deciding factor for the first tie-breaking will be time - who achieves the points first. The second tie-breaker will be by who registered for the leaderboard first.

• Benefits within the framework of this promotion will be awarded within 26 hours from the completion of the leaderboard.

All-In or Fold $20,000 Daily Leaderboard

• Leaderboards run daily from 08:00 - 07:59 (UTC 0).

• Points can only be earned at All-in or Fold tables. VIP tables are not included.

• Points are accumulated separately and independently for each stake level.

• Participants receive points for each All-In that goes to showdown. There must also be three (3) or more active players at the table for the hand to count. If someone is sitting out, they are considered inactive.

• There will be no ties in the leaderboards. The deciding factor for the first tie-breaking will be time - who achieves the points first. The second tie-breaker will be by who registered for the leaderboard first.

• Benefits within the framework of this promotion will be awarded within 26 hours from the completion of the leaderboard.

Spin & Gold $50,000 Daily Leaderboard

• Leaderboards run daily from 08:00 - 07:59 (UTC 0).

• 3-Max Points and 6-Max Points can only be earned at Spin & Gold tables.

• There will be no ties in the leaderboards. The deciding factor for the first tie-breaking will be time - who achieves the points first. The second tie-breaker will be by who registered for the leaderboard first.

• Points are accumulated separately and independently for each stake level.

• Benefits within the framework of this promotion will be awarded within 26 hours from the completion of the leaderboard.

• The validity of the ticket issued is subject to the expiry date stated on the ticket. All unused tickets cannot be exchanged or converted to cash or T$.

• Points can only be earned playing Flip & Go.

• Points are accumulated separately and independently for each stake level.

Mystery Battle Royale $10,000 Daily Leaderboard

• Leaderboards run daily from 08:00 - 07:59 (UTC 0).

• Points can only be earned during Mystery Battle Royale.

• Points are accumulated separately and independently for each stake level.

• There will be no ties in the leaderboards. The deciding factors for tie-breakers will be in the order of:

  • who achieves the points first,

  • the first game played in the ranking period,

  • the final ranking of the first played game.
