About the World Series of Poker (WSOP)

World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit History

When WSOP launched their Circuit events back in 2005, it was a way to bring the excitement of the World Series of Poker to more poker players.

It all started with just 10 events in live venues around the US. By 2010, the WSOP Circuit had expanded to 14 events - including the first-ever Circuit event to be held outside of the USA. Today, the WSOP Circuit Series encompasses 30 live events in 9 countries and counting and has also branched out to include online poker.

Some notable WSOP Circuit ring winners include former WSOP Main Event champions Joe McKeehen and Hossein Ensan, and multiple WSOP bracelet winner Antonio Esfandiari.

Where can I find a list of the WSOP Summer Circuit events?

The full list of events is available in the Natural8 app. You can filter for Ring events, Side events and satellites.

If I win a ‘seat’ in a WSOP Summer Circuit satellite, can I unregister or switch to a different event?

No, all seats that are awarded are ‘must play’. This is explained in the lobby of the satellite, and it is a player's responsibility to ensure they are able to play the target event they qualify for.

If I win a seat to a target event I am already registered for, what happens?

If you are unable to use the seat as you are already registered or have used all available entries for the target event, you will receive T$ for the value of the seat. The tournament fee will be deducted from this amount as per our multiple satellites wins policy.

What is the policy on players winning multiple tickets to WSOP Summer Circuit events?

Tickets are exchangeable for T$ in the days after the series concludes, as long they have been won in gameplay (satellites), excluding private/affiliate tournaments or freerolls. Note that tickets issued from giveaways, streamers, affiliates and partners are also not exchangeable.

I want to sell some of my action for a WSOP Summer Circuit event - is this possible?

Yes, players can sell up to 90% of their action. In the case of Phased (Multi-Day events) action can be sold on Day 2 (Final Day).

If I make a final table of a WSOP Summer Circuit event, will my real name be shown?

No, this does not apply to WSOP Circuit events.

I've won one of the 18 Ring events - how do I claim my WSOP Spring Circuit Ring?

First of all - congratulations! A member of our events team will reach out to you via your registered email address within the next 7 days.
