From Local Grinder to Global Contender
Tent’s story isn’t all glitz and glory — at least, not at the start. Like many poker pros, he began by grinding low-stakes games, playing online, and putting in the hours to study and improve. It wasn’t long before his dedication paid off.
In 2018, he had his first major live cash at the PPPoker Festival Taiwan. He placed 4th in the Main Event, earning just over $8,000. A solid start — and a sign of things to come.
Turning Heads and Taking Titles
The following year, Tent made his first real splash on the international scene. In February 2019, he took down the Asian Poker Tour (APT) Tokyo Main Event, proving he wasn’t just another name in the field — he was there to win.
But 2022? That was his breakout year.
Triton Madrid: Tent finished 4th in the €30K 7-Handed event, taking home €266,500 (~$277,000).
Triton Cyprus: Just months later, he locked in 3rd place in the $50K 6-Handed event for a huge $646,500 payday.
These were serious results, but he still had one more move to make — and it was a big one.
The $2 Million Moment
In September 2022, Tent hit a career-defining milestone: 2nd place in the WSOP Online Main Event. His prize? A jaw-dropping $2,094,885.
It was his first seven-figure cash, his first WSOP final table, and a defining moment in his career. But if you thought that would be a good time to take a break — Tent had other plans.
EPT Prague: No Slowing Down
Just a few months later, he was back at it — this time at EPT Prague in December 2022. In back-to-back events, Tent kept delivering:
2nd place in the €25K High Roller for €176,470 (~$186,000)
1st place in the €10,300 No Limit Hold’em event for €543,750 (~$577,775)
Winning one of these is tough. Winning both in the same series? That’s a statement.
Still Climbing in 2023
Tent continued his run in early 2023 with a win at the APT Incheon in South Korea, where he topped the Hyper Turbo event for nearly $9,500.
And he’s not done yet.
As of September 2023, Tent sits at #2 on Thailand’s All Time Money List with more than $2.8 million in live earnings — a huge accomplishment for someone who only hit the circuit a few years ago.
