How do I claim my seats & packages?
The Natural8 team will reach out to you via email with further details and instructions and a digital seat coupon by 25th April 2026. Once you have confirmed your attendance, all you have to do is approach the APT registration counter at the venue with your digital seat coupon at least a day before Day 1 (26th April 2026) commences.If you win an APT Main Event package, the $500 in Natural8 credits will only be credited to you if you play the APT Taipei 2026 OnLive Day 1 or attend the live event..Note: Kindly complete your KYC verification as soon as possible as you will be identified at APT Taipei 2026 with your real name. Otherwise, you might be unable to claim your seats and/or packages.
What if I can't attend the Main Event?
If you're unable to attend the live Main Event, you'll forfeit the seat.
What if I win additional packages?
If you win additional package(s), you’ll receive tournament dollars (T$1,575) for each extra package, equal to the ticket value minus the rake ($175). However, you will forfeit the $500 credits (travel expenses).
I'm about to head to the APT Taipei 2026 but I haven't received my $500 credits. When can I receive the credits?
If you win an APT Main Event package, the $500 in Natural8 credits will only be credited to you if you attend the live event. Do note that you will be credited within 2 weeks after the end of the live series.

To be considered as a Natural8 qualifier who can be eligible for this $8,000 bonus, you must qualify for the APT Taipei 2026 Main Event through our Mega Satellites. If you have bought your Main Event ticket online via the Natural8 game client (online DBI), you will also be considered as a Natural8 qualifier who can be eligible for the challenge.Note: Anyone who purchases the Main Event ticket onsite (at the live APT Taipei 2026), wins the Main Event ticket via a live event, plays online satellites but DID NOT qualify for the Main Event, and/or is a sponsored VIP player WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for the $8,000 Last Longer Challenge.

Event Attendance and Forfeiture
- Participants who qualify for live events through this promotion, including but not limited to the APT Taipei 2026 Main Event, are required to attend the event in person.
- Failure to attend any such live event will result in the automatic forfeiture of the corresponding entry. No substitutions, transfers, or alternative compensation will be provided in such cases.

Multiple Ticket Policy
- In the event that a participant wins multiple entries to the same event (live or online), you can use one or all of them for the event.
- For each additional unused seat, you will receive a credit equal to the ticket value minus applicable rake. These credits will be issued in the form of T$ within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the series.
